Mike,

yes, I am in. So - you did see that a few days ago! I will also take photos of each fly if someone with a website is willing to host.

As for a swap, there are a set number of tyers, each person ties x number of flies (one for each person involved in the swap). I believe Mike originally said a San Juan Midge swap, so any midge fly you use. Once you are done tying the flies, mail out to the swap host along with a SASE, this way the swap host can mail you back the other flies sent in from tyers. It's pretty cool - here is a link to Jude's website from a few swaps we've done in the past:
