JAragon, for fly tying classes in Albuquerque you should contact Los Pinos Fly Shop, (505) 884-7501. They offer different fly tying classes throughout the year, the next one coming up is for streamers.
I took a class at Los Pinos on tying flies for the San Juan. It was a small class, I believe there were three or four other students, and we met twice in the evenings. The instructor was great, I don't know if it would be the same instructor or not, but either way, give Los Pinos a call.
