I just received a copy of Rick Takahashi and Jerry Hubka's book "Modern Midges". It turned out to be a great book. If you happen to see or buy one, you will see some flies from the guides from the San Juan. Jerry, Bubba, Bear, Deward, Float N Fish, Duranglers, etc are in the book. There are patterns from England, Japan, Canada and even some from Europe.
I would recommend this book not just cause I have some patterns in there but because it came out very well. It is also cool to see what anglers in other countries use. There are so many great tiers and anglers that contributed to this book and the photos and patterns are great. Thanks to Rick and Jerry for putting so much time and effort into a great book.

For others it's the Salmonfly hatch...
